Erica Wickes,
Principal & CEO

Erica has over 20 years of experience as an Interior Designer. Having worked with a variety of project sectors, managed all phases of the design and architectural process on hundreds of diverse commercial projects – small and large (from 800 to 1,000,000 square feet).

Her strong sense of design balances with a mix of practical project management and technical skills has lead her to be an industry leader and savvy business entrepreneur. Erica has also served two years as President and one year as Vice President of the Interior Designers Institute of British Columbia (IDIBC).

Terence Chan,
Associate

A highly detail oriented registered professional with over a decade of good diversity of design experiences through retail, hospitality, corporate office, multi-residential and high end residential interiors. Some of the notable projects are Shangri-la Vancouver, Fairmont Pac Rim and Concord Presentation centers’ display suites.

Terence has developed into a well rounded interior designer who understands his client's needs and the importance of delivering the client's vision and brand identity from project start to project completion.

Elizabeth Servage,
Associate

Elizabeth has been in the Vancouver interior design world for several years and brings a fresh, fun and energetic perspective to the local market.

With a focus on high end corporate interiors she has had the opportunity to work along side many reputable clients allowing her to develop an excellent understanding of the design processes from initial concept through to the full completion. She has a keen interest in travel and photography and loves to bring texture into her designs which is reflective the elements observed during her travels around the world.

Nancy Lim,
Design Director

Nancy has a range of experience in numerous commercial and residential designs. She loves design and designs to love. With an eye for quality and sense of style, she always transfers a client space into a functional and innovative space.

Nancy is a nationally recognized NCIDQ Certificate Holder and is a Registered Interior Designer within British Columbia. She is also a LEED AP ID+C.

Nancy has led projects of many types, and is a key member of our team.

Eileen Wunderlich
Senior Interior Designer

Eileen’s brings over 30 years experience as lead designer in a wide variety of hospitality, multi-family, private residential and office design projects. She enjoys the challenge of finding innovative design solutions to fulfill project goals and requirements with avid attention to detail. Balancing creative design with details, colour, textures and visual interest to successfully functioning interiors is her goal.

Continually researching and keeping up with new products and ideas keeps her knowledgeable and current.

Jerry Tang,
Interior Designer

Jerry has over 5 years of local design experience across commercial and residential projects, with a passion for architectural design that accentuates brand identity.

Obsessed with finely detailed interiors constructed without compromise, he firmly believes intentional design must begin with a deep appreciation for craftsmanship – raw materials curation, fabrication techniques, methods of assembly.

As a film enthusiast, Jerry takes design inspiration from modern auteurs like Wes Anderson, Park Chan-wook, and Bi Gan. Jerry’s desire to imbue poetry into his own work pushes him to seek out new and exciting challenges.

Ken Choy,
Interior Designer

With abundant experience in designing and managing the progression and completion of multiple projects, Ken has a well-built background in high-end residential design and has developed a wide range of experience in residential construction.

Ken is passionate about clients and trades. His bright and open mind brings motivation and joy to the design team along with sharing his life experiences in the design field.

William Chien,
Interior Designer

William holds a CIDA accredited Interior Design Degree with honours from British Columbia Institute of Technology and has introductory experiences in corporate office, hospitality, and residential interiors. With passion for space planning, geometry, and material, he enjoys the process of translating project concepts into design elements to generate intriguing and engaging environments.

Being influenced by Shigeru Ban’s quote, “I’m not inventing anything new, I’m just using existing material differently,” William is excited to enter the interior design industry to expand his experience and develop his own design philosophy.

Kun Lin,
Interior Designer

Kun began her professional journey with high-end boutique design firms in Manhattan, New York. Now back in Vancouver, she has pursued her career as a Workplace Designer with an expertise in interior architecture, a keen eye for material selection, and a record of cultivating strong vendor/client relationships.

Having lived and studied in New York, Kun was profoundly influenced by its vibrant design industry, a lasting impact that continues to shape her design approach today.

Kun has had a lifelong passion for art and painting since she was young, she infuses her projects with an authentic artistic spirit, providing each space with a distinctive style.

Ayaka Saito
Interior Designer

Ayaka excels at and is always expanding her knowledge in designing effective workstations. From corporate offices, post secondaries and banks - to government offices, Ayaka is determined to design the best possible environments for them all.

Ayaka loves to travel and experience diverse architecture and interior designs from cultures around the world. She enjoys learning about cultural backgrounds through design. Ayaka is a true creative and is naturally drawn to and feels a connection to the creative design world and its various communities.

Zack Wickes,
COO

Zack has an uncommon mix of senior executive leadership experience, a track-record of helping build and lead successful companies through acquisitions, entrepreneurial skills and experiences and (unusually for an interior design firm) advanced software engineering and start-up executive skills.

Zack understands the realities of small business and that pragmatism, combined with long term strategic goal setting goes a long way towards helping the business remain focused, efficient and on track.
