Your project's success hinges on focused Contract Administration (CA). 34F Design represents our clients’ interests during construction and through the CA process - our decision making, and the timely flow of information through permitting authorities, contractors, and sub-consultants.
34F Design is your main point person – we become the project's nerve center, receiving and then channeling information in the right direction. We then keep you informed of progress, costs, and any issues that may arise. Contract Administration also involves the oversight of life-safety requirements for the project, ensuring inspection compliance, preparing field reports, coordinating consultants for occupancy permits, and organizing commissioning.
We are Fully Qualified. The design team at 34F Design is certified across our field, to ensure your project is completed properly, professionally, and efficiently. Our designers possess sustainable design certifications from Green Business Certification Inc. (LEED Accredited Professional); interior design qualifications from IDIBC, IDC, and NCIDQ; and building code qualifications for the BC Building Code (producing all necessary technical drawings in REVIT and AutoCAD, to spec).
