Starting during the Design Development phase, the 34F Design team will develop a comprehensive furnishings program and the associated budget. After meeting with users to determine scope, budget, and targets, we develop furnishing selections, standards, and footprints.
Our in-depth relationships with suppliers and manufacturers gives us a leg-up in sourcing the appropriate solution for your space, at the right price. We evaluate manufacturers' commitment to sustainable principles, as required, so that you can ensure your furniture echoes your own values.
Furnishings components are selected for functionality, finish, and materials. Selections are aligned with the overall design direction, then balanced to a value-driven budget.
We are Fully Qualified. The design team at 34F Design is certified across our field, to ensure your project is completed properly, professionally, and efficiently. Our designers possess sustainable design certifications from Green Business Certification Inc. (LEED Accredited Professional); interior design qualifications from IDIBC, IDC, and NCIDQ; and building code qualifications for the BC Building Code (producing all necessary technical drawings in REVIT and AutoCAD, to spec).
