A typical project is constructed in months, but will be in use for decades. We have an industry-mandated 1-year warranty period for all projects – but we want to continue the relationships we build with our clients beyond that. That's why we follow-up. Is the space working as planned after 2 years? 5 years? 10 years? We want to find the unique learning opportunities that reside in each and every project, so that we can make your next project with us an even greater success.
We are Fully Qualified. The design team at 34F Design is certified across our field, to ensure your project is completed properly, professionally, and efficiently. Our designers possess sustainable design certifications from Green Business Certification Inc. (LEED Accredited Professional); interior design qualifications from IDIBC, IDC, and NCIDQ; and building code qualifications for the BC Building Code (producing all necessary technical drawings in REVIT and AutoCAD, to spec).
