Before any project starts, there are a number of options to be considered and key decisions to be made.
From finding the right site to choosing a delivery method, there are several elements to consider before starting the design of your project. We evaluate your options with you so that your scope and approach are the best fit for you, and ensure nothing is missed.
Once we have completed the strategic planning portion of your project, we are able to begin a cost analysis the considers the big picture. The order of magnitude costs include design fees, consultant fees, and potential construction costs. We even consider the elements that aren't design related, but are often involved in completing a project - moving costs, stationery changes, and telecommunication service changes, to name a few.
We are Fully Qualified. The design team at 34F Design is certified across our field, to ensure your project is completed properly, professionally, and efficiently. Our designers possess sustainable design certifications from Green Business Certification Inc. (LEED Accredited Professional); interior design qualifications from IDIBC, IDC, and NCIDQ; and building code qualifications for the BC Building Code (producing all necessary technical drawings in REVIT and AutoCAD, to spec).
