As intermediaries between you and the contractor, we provide clarification regarding design intent, quality, and budget. Our tender analysis will come with recommendations on how to best move forward with your tender.

We will help you evaluate options to decide which construction method will be most beneficial for you – open bid v. invitation, traditional design-bid-build, design-build, construction management, or an alternative method.
We are Fully Qualified. The design team at 34F Design is certified across our field, to ensure your project is completed properly, professionally, and efficiently. Our designers possess sustainable design certifications from Green Business Certification Inc. (LEED Accredited Professional); interior design qualifications from IDIBC, IDC, and NCIDQ; and building code qualifications for the BC Building Code (producing all necessary technical drawings in REVIT and AutoCAD, to spec).
